Savannah State University is an historically black institution of higher education in Savannah, Georgia. It was founded in 1890 and enrolls about 4,500 students each academic year. The school, which is a public university, is housed on a 175-acre campus. The athletic teams are known as the Tigers. The Savannah State University Bookstore is the official college bookstore of the university. It is conveniently located at 3219 College Street. This store is fully stocked with all of the course materials that students need to succeed academically. This includes a huge inventory of new and used textbooks. Textbook Brokers at 13015 Abercorn Street (Suite D-1) in Savannah is a great local college bookstore with a passion for offering the best prices on course materials to all college students in the area. You will find a much larger selection of used books here than at any other bookstore in the area. Barnes & Noble has a location in Savannah at 7804 Abercorn Extension. B&N has a great reputation for carrying a variety of books and academic materials. This store primarily sells textbooks and other reading materials geared toward English and literature courses at Savannah State.
